Helping you to optimally prepare for your own sport makes me happy.

Olympic weight lifting gives me the strength and mobility I need to have fun and to perform better in other sports. The best exercises to improve your strength and power come from weightlifting.
Mountain biking, climbing, running and swimming are great disciplines to train in nature and improve your power and endurance.
Climbing opens my mind. A short session strengthens my self-confidence and I love that adrenaline rush sometimes.
