Your performance analysis and a training design starts with a basic medical questionnaire and a body fat measurement. Then, we’ll measure your heart rate and blood pressure before and after a total body workout. We will adapt our Benchmarker Physical Fitness Test to your physical situation in order to establish a baseline.
